Miss Erin Gruwell is an excllent teacher who set a good example for all of us. She is white and bautiful,she loves teaching, and her students is full of her life.At the beginning,all the students do not like studying ,also don't like her,she really do not know how to teach them. Although the students are so hard to deal with ,she never give up but tries many ways to chang their minds,such as buy some meaningful books to them to study,take them to visit the museum,hold a dinner with all her students together and so on.She is so kind that all the students respect her at last. It let me remember one of my senior teachers Mr Ren,he is very yong but very kind and enthusiastic , he treat us just like his brothers and sisters ,we all love and respect him.Whenever or wherever we meet trouble ,he will help us in the first time,and never let us alone.He also very strict with us in study,as he said:"Your good grade is my best success!" In a word, no matter we are teacher and student or classmates ,respect and trust comes first.
